Returns, Exchange & Alterations Policy

At Bold & Beautiful Boutique, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, ready-to-wear clothing that meets your expectations. As a small and growing business, we currently do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
 
 
Exchange Conditions
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or from the date your order was delivered (online).
  • The item must be:
  • Unworn and in its original condition.
  • Unwashed and free from odours, makeup, or stains.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
 
Exchange Process
  1. In-store purchases – Bring your item, proof of purchase, and original packaging to our boutique within 3 working days.
  2. Online purchases – Contact us via email at hello@bboutiques.co.uk Within 3 working days of delivery to arrange your exchange. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
 
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Headwraps, beanies, and other hair accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom or bespoke orders.
 
Faulty or Damaged Items
 
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
